Vidisha Gaglani is the CEO of Streetbees, a disruptive tech-driven insights company. Her team supports world-leading brands such as Unilever, Mars, Heineken, Intel, Ferrero and Avon and has won multiple awards for excellence in market research. Before Streetbees, Vidisha amassed 10+ years' of experience in Strategy & Insights, working at leading international Market Research agencies.

Having had a very successful career in the larger traditional research firms, Vidisha joined Streetbees in its nascent days as one of its first employees in 2017. She took a leap of faith, recognising the disruptive potential of a technology-driven approach to insights, sure that there was a better model to provide insights to global brands than the expensive, lengthy traditional approach based on recall. 

Throughout her tenure at Streetbees, Vidisha has been a driving force behind Streetbees' evolution and growth. She won the MRS Best Innovation Award in 2018 and was quickly promoted to Head of Client Success in 2019 and to Chief Client Officer in 2020. 

Her visionary leadership played a pivotal role in the company's transition away from operating as a market research agency to becoming a technology business at the start of 2023 as advancements in generative AI and LLMs brought an entire new opportunity for innovation in the space. In August 2023, Vidisha was promoted to CEO of Streetbees, taking over the position from the founder and launching SBX, a groundbreaking self-serve and agile insights platform that collects qualitative data at a quantitative scale within a matter of days. With SBX you no longer need to write a brief, survey plan or report, all you need to do is type your business question into the platform and it will do the rest for you. The platform has been a resounding success with countless global brands now using it as a core solution in their research tech stack.
